Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Quin Coco's Closet. If you're not completely satisfied, here's what you need to know.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping

• Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
• Change of mind or other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at quincoco@quincocoscloset.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
